Review
One of Joe Weider's numerous muscle magazines, produced by his bodybuilding empire.
Gay photographer Bruce of Los Angeles contributes a photo on page 24, of Jim Smith. What massive thighs! Bruce Bellas is also noted in the gossip section as opening up a new studio, apparently a mecca for California muscleboys who like outdoor scenes (?!). Compact muscleman Val Pasqua shows off a big bulge beneath his very tight pants (it does look like he put some padding in there; see page 27).
The coverman is Ed Theriault, billed as “American's perfect man.” The feature “One Day in the Life of Bert Goodrich” presents a Father Knows Best behind the scenes image for a famous Hollywood gymnasium operator. His wife looks like a man in drag as she pours breakfast coffee (and apparently they use china and crystal for that meal).
