The illustration on the cover is sexually ambiguous, perhaps deliberately so. A woman struts by in a tight outfit and high heels, but the sailor is looking at a muscle mag, and the almost shirtless hunk with the huge chest is cruising the sailor, not the girl. Quite an image for 1957.

This issue also announces that Athletic Model Guild is going into the movie business with many of the outfit's models. The legendary muscleman Glenn Bishop appears on page 3, as naked as possible (one leg covering up you know what as he poses against what looks like a large upright piece of driftwood), given the censorship restrictions of the time period: what legs, and what a tight ass. Bob Athens poses in tight jeans on a motorcycle, while a black guy from England named Winston looks like his basket his quite hot beneath his stunning posing strap. Young Ernie and Billy shake hands while posing on a rock (possibly suggestive: is one helping the other up, and is one really naked, as there is no sign of a posing strap above his bare pristine ass). The photographer is a rather maternal looking woman named “Kay.” (How wholesome, but why not give her full name?) On page 29, All-American boy Richard Harrison's cock shape is quite prominent beneath his white undies.

The Tom of Finland illustrations in this issue are in his traditional hunky booted stud mode, and Art-Bob contributes an illustration of a pirate standing above his prisoner, ready to do something with that sword. On page 13, Santa Claus becomes a young stud cracking the whip over his hunky “reindeer.”Hunky cowboys galore on the back cover.

On page 27, there are action shots not available in movie form (the copy cheekily says it will not be shown on television) entitled Tale of the Old West. Cowboys and Indians wrestling and ending up probably in a compromising position.
