Defective Returns
All defective dvd's and other defective merchandise must be returned within one week of receiving the item/s with an explanation of what the problem is and where the problem is located on the dvd or item. Bijou's policy is "no refunds" but to replace the defective dvd or item with a new working copy of the returned defective dvd or item. Shipping responsibility: Bijou does not pay or give credit for the shipping back of the return defective dvd or item this is the customers responsibility, Bijou does pays for the returning of the replacement dvd or item to the customer.

We never sell or rent or lend out any of your personal information that you have given to Bijou. That is your billing or credit card information, email address, billing address, phone number, purchasing history to any third parties under any circumstance. The only companies that information is given to, are credit card companies and banks that handle our/your purchasing transactions. All information is keep securely in our company systems and is only used to process orders as well as to send out our promotional materials that you the customer have requested.
In the event Bijou goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition with another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally information will likely be among the assets transferred.
